The Mission Support capability leads the business core functions for Transformation, Optimisation and Delivery. The purpose, to support our customers achieve and maintain the highest levels of mission readiness with improving efficiency, coordination, simulation, modelling and programme delivery through stakeholder development and engagement.
Business Engagement —Focuses on the “how” of getting things done. Typically involves optimisation and automation of repetitive processes to focus on higher-value projects.
Delivery Engagement – Understanding the customers journey and focusing on empowering teams to deliver efficient effective programs aligned to customers strategic needs, targets with a focus on prioritisation and agility.
Information/data/digital Engagement— Focusing on using technology to unlock additional value, aggregating and sharing data in new, more efficient ways and includes leveraging technology and data to offer ultimately new products and services.
Organisational & Management Engagement - Resource allocation is key to any business as there most precious resource are people. Ensuring resources are productive, effective and engaged is critical to any organisation. Higher levels of engagement are often associated with increased productivity and better performance outcomes.
