Thomas J Keegan FBCI

Thomas Keegan is the Chief Executive Officer of DBD and leads teams globally in solving some of our clients most complex problems. Thomas is passionate about leading both our business and major client programmes with 20 years experience in critical infrastructure, defence, national security and nuclear missions.

Thomas has worked with a range of clients across the globe to develop, train and exercise their capability to respond to a range of scenarios including the provision of support to government and household names in real crisis events. This includes the development of a national resilience framework for a middle eastern government including a resilience capabilities programme to ensure their effective response to any national emergency, the development and delivery of a global incident and crisis response capability for a $60bn conglomerate across oil and gas, banking, health and other industries and the development of a Nuclear Security and Response Capability for a Nuclear Operator. In addition Thomas has delivered a range of simulations across the Utilities Sector in North America and Europe on both desktop and physical exercise levels including co-ordination with government agencies.
