Heinrich is an experienced Chartered Quality Professional with more than 20 years of Quality Assurance experience and an extensive background in industries such as Nuclear Energy, Nuclear Security Technologies, Energy, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing and Engineering. He is able to drive and deliver to the highest quality standards through effective line management and a “right first time” approach. He provides a unique insight on strategy delivering processes and procedures that steer effective solutions and problem solving. A true team builder, player and manager, encouraging and developing others through the management principles of coaching, training and empowerment.
With a proven history of successful business turnarounds, Heinrich is experienced in implementing successful certified Quality Management Systems (ISO9001 and ISO19443) in different industries, that monitors and improve the cost of quality by decreasing errors and improving the profits but also include the safety and wellbeing of personnel. Ensuring systems are maintained by gaining certification through a UKAS accredited Body for 3rd Party reviews.
Heinrich actively enjoys the cut and thrust of operational management, particularly thriving on the pressure of new and challenging situations, leading from the front in a calm and applied manner. With extensive experience in the day-to-day management of Quality Assurance including Quality Control, supporting factory inspection (NDT), Factory Production control, CE testing, company-wide improvement initiatives, managing and improving the supply chain and compliance to required standards. He has extensive experience in lead auditing which includes ISO9001:2015, BS EN 9100, ISO19443:2018, BS EN 9100:2018, ISO14001 (Environmental Standard) and conducting Health and safety site inspections/audits (ISO45001).
Over the years Heinrich has obtained a wealth of management skills in various sectors that helps me achieve my mission which is to maintain high standards of excellence and always ensure that the expectations of customers are met by achieving the project goals on time, in full and under budget. With a proven track record of successfully working with companies such as Volkswagen, Schnellecke International, SIG Trading ltd group, TSP Engineering, Sellafield, DBD (AWE) and J Murphy and Son.
Projects values worked on ranges between £300K and £1.2 Billion.
