Matt has proven project management experience in the delivery of design, analysis of complex systems, mechanical, civil/structural, piping and maintenance work on nuclear facilities in highly regulated, complex industrial projects. Having worked in complex and challenging environments, Matt is dedicated to promoting SHE culture aligning to client requirements. His success has been a result of his driven personality and lessons learned.
With experience in multidisciplined project delivery, as well as experience in project controls management, Matt has a determination and experience to deliver results for his clients. Matt has worked with engineering offices, contractors and specialists from bid, mobilisation, concept design, detailed design, management of procurement contracts and safety case submission through to tendering, manufacture, and successful completion.
