Experienced in the delivery of proposed technical solutions, proposed project hardware/ equipment and software, milestone payment schedules, NEC3 contracts, risk management, change management, project resource management, resource schedules and generation of multidiscipline integrated project plans. Previously Carl spent a couple of years in Australia as a Senior Engineer, working in a managerial capacity, reporting directly to the company owner in a mid-sized international engineering company.
